Club Rules
All subscriptions are to be paid in advance.
Members who have not paid up to date shall be excluded from the draw.
The 200+ Club draw is open to all persons over the age of sixteen.
Prize money may be varied on a pro rata basis at the discretion of the Parish Hall Committee according to the number of participants in the 200+ Club. Assuming a total of 100 numbers are allocated the prizes will be :-
12 monthly prizes of £ 20
12 monthly prizes of £ 12
plus 1 prize in June of £ 60
and 1 prize in December of £ 120
All prize money shall only be paid by cheque and in the name of the person(s) holding the winning number.
The 200+ Club draws will take place on a monthly basis, with the date and time of each draw advertised in the Brent Knoll News.
If a number is drawn which has not been allocated, then the draw will be re-taken.
No applications for membership will be accepted once the first draw of the year has taken place.
Members may hold more than one 200+ Club number.
All money, after expenses and prizes have been accounted for, will go to the Parish Hall Committee.
A list of winners will be prepared at such intervals as the Committee decide and will be displayed through the Brent Knoll News.
No monies paid by the way of subscriptions to the 200+ Club shall be returnable in any circumstances.
THE PARISH HALL COMMITTEE’S DECISION SHALL BE FINAL ON ANY DISPUTES WHICH MAY ARISE.
