A MEETING OF THE COUNCIL
WILL BE HELD AT THE PARISH HALL

ON MONDAY 15 MAY 2006 AT 8.15 PM

The meeting will consider the Council’s response to the planning application for the erection of a Wind Farm at Inner Farm, Burnham

  The Public and Press are invited to be present  

The formal Agenda for the Meeting will be

published on 10 May 2006

A public participation session will be held immediately prior to the discussion of the application.

Having considered the need to balance the interests of all those who may wish to speak, the Council has resolved that:

1       Only one speaker (time limited to 5 minutes) will be heard on behalf of each organised group

2       Individual speakers will be time limited to 3 minutes each

3     All speakers shall register their intention to participate with the Clerk no later than 7.30 pm on 13 May 2006
