History wanted for Pear Tree Farm

Does anyone have information on Pear Tree Farm, Brent Knoll in the 1950s? 

Mabel Joan Sully née Ireland from Bridgwater used to visit. 

The occupants may have been relatives whose name was "Way" her mother's maiden name. Her sister, Mavis Kent, née Ireland also visited. 

A family called Brayfield may have lived there in the 1940s.
