Cheque Presentation
The funds were generated during the Brent Knoll Jubilee Celebrations. These included a Jubilee Treasure Hunt, Quiz, Music on the Green, Disco and other events. Funds have been used to erect a Jubilee Stone near the Village Green and also to plant a Jubilee Tree. The Jubilee Committee decided to donate the balance to the Parish Hall Project 2000+, which plans to renovate, refurbish and redecorate the village's 75 year old Parish Hall. Works are planned to start as soon as funds are in place.
