FROM THE COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON 21st July This
meeting is a provisional meeting to discuss planning applications an urgent
business only PLANNING
Applications
considered at this meeting. Revised
plans for Holywell Nursing Home. The Parish Council decided that the revised
plans produced did not offer any real improvements to the previous plans put
forward and an additional bay window further increases the intrusion aspect of
the proposals. The Parish Council decided to request a site visit by members of
the planning committee. Plans
for a two storey side extension and rear conservatory at Woodleigh in Station
Road were discussed by the Parish Council. The Council requested a site visit
owing to unclear planning information and issues surrounding boundary matters. Plans
also discussed relating to Holly Tree Farm and the erection of stables and
stores with turnouts on the side of existing stores ( to be demolished) The
Parish Council made no observations to these proposals. Plans
in South Brent Close for a rear conservatory were discussed and the Parish
Council made no observations on these proposals. Next
Meeting: Monday 18th August
