NOTES FROM THE MEETING HELD ON 13 DECEMBER 2004 FOOTPATHS The
Council decided to carry out repairs to a further broken stile on one path. VILLAGE
GREEN AND VILLAGE MAINTENANCE The
Council agreed to seek quotations for 2005 Village Maintenance
(which includes not only the cutting and trimming of various areas of
verge in and at the entrance to the Village but also cutting back around the
grassed area of the Village Green) on the basis of the same schedule of works as
had been used in 2004. Potential contractors would however be reminded of the
need to ensure that waste generated by the cutting back operations was removed.
It was also agreed that a meeting should be held with the St Michaels PCC
to discuss future options for the maintenance of the Churchyard. HIGHWAYS The
Council agreed to monitor the deteriorating surfacing in Burton Row (which is
scheduled for attention in 2005). ANNUAL
