The purpose of this site visit was to consider the improvements programme for road markings and signage improvements in our village. Additionally it has been decided to place yellow lines in the lay by near the school to ensure a safer access and exit from school buses which often have to park on the road due to cars and other vehicles parked in the lay by. The police report that random speeding checks have been carried out recently and a number of incidents have been recorded.
